The Wonders of Outsourcing

Outsourcing... the old reliable. When you can't do something yourself, you pay others to do it for you. Or so I thought thats what it meant! I have learned this week that outsourcing isn't something you decide to do based on your inability to do a certain thing, it is something you decide to do when you can't manage as effectively as you can. Another concept that I learned a little bit more about this week is retargeting. I've seen the word go around and I have a general gist of what it means, but I'm still not completely sure on what exactly it is, or how to do it. This holds my biggest question of the week as I will probably go more in depth about that in my research. Personally, I thought I handled myself way better this week. I managed my time well, got things done early, and had a relatively stress-free week. I want to continue to develop professionally and learn a little bit more about social skills heading into the week, as I feel that this will only help in the world of marketing. Overall, it was a pretty solid week, and I hope to continue this momentum into next week.
